If you have insurance and no treatment is needed, the $59 payment is refunded. If treatment is needed, the $59 is applied toward the estimated patient portion of your treatment. If you do not show up for the appointment, the $59 payment is non-refundable.

Guidelines and Policies
A few house rules keep the schedule fair for everyone. If your plans change, let us know at least 48 business hours ahead so we can offer your time to another patient. A missed appointment carries a $75 fee to reschedule, and for new patients the $59 pre-payment is forfeited.
