Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Singh Smile Care operates a text messaging program for appointment confirmations and reminders. When you provide your mobile number through our website, appointment forms, registration forms or another authorized channel, you consent to receive these appointment-related texts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply to texts sent to you and from you. Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving care. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions about your text or data plan should go to your wireless provider.

Appointments and Online Booking

Online booking requests and contact form submissions are requests, not confirmed appointments, until our office confirms them with you. New patients pay a $59 fee by credit card over the phone before an appointment is scheduled; the refund terms are on our Specials page. We ask for 48 business hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and a missed appointment carries a $75 fee to reschedule.

Content on this website is general information about dental care and our practice. It is not dental or medical advice and does not create a dentist-patient relationship. Only an examination by a dentist can tell you what treatment you need. If you have a dental emergency, call us or seek care right away rather than relying on information from a website.

Use of the Website

All text, photos and design on this site belong to Singh Smile Care, PLLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without consent. Before-and-after photos are of real patients treated at our office. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit false information through our forms.

This site may link to third-party sites, such as our online booking provider and financing partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes, Liability and Contact

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. The website is provided as is; we do our best to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Singh Smile Care, PLLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.
